““I am a graduate of the Manchester Alexander Technique Training School where I trained for three years, approved by the organisation to which I now belong, the Society of the Teachers of the Alexander (STAT).
I teach in Chorlton, based in Chequers Road, off Beech Road, and run classes in Chorlton and Fallowfield. I am a keen gardener and allotment-er, cyclist and walker, and enjoy playing piano and singing. The Alexander Technique has been key to me regaining ease of movement , and I welcome sharing this learning with others.”
