The Alexander Technique is a method which enables you to discover a new balance in the body and mind by releasing unnecessary tension. Sessions give you the skills to take home and use in your daily activities to enhance your wellbeing, poise and posture. The Technique helps people to naturally overcome:

  •  Muscle tension and stiffness
  •  Back, neck and joint pain
  •  Poor posture
  •  Breathing and vocal problems
  •  Anxiety and stress-related conditions

People use the Technique to:

  •  Improve performance and prevent injury in music, drama and sport
  •  Enchance business and presentation skills
  •  Develop ease and elegance in movement
  •  Support pregnancy and childbirth

….Or simply because they want to change conditions that stop them enjoying a happy and healthy life.
