I am currently on maternity leave and now living in Sheffield. I'm planning to restart my Friday sessions at Bodywise Natural Health Centre in Manchester Buddhist Centre before the end of 2010. If you've found this site don't wait for me; I regret I can't help you personally as I love this work and how people are enabled to make choices to bring more comfort, freedom and ease into their daily lives and achieve their potential. I really encourage you take the next step and explore further. Niggles and pains don't get better on their own and the Alexander Technique offers a unique way of helping increase your self knowledge and skills to take care of yourself.
